 At The Wilderness Hydro, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional and relaxing experience for all our guests. We welcome you to enjoy our range of services, which are open to the public. Gift vouchers are available for purchase at reception and are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Don’t forget to ask your therapist about our exclusive one-year membership for elite benefits.

Business Hours

Our business hours vary seasonally to best serve our guests:

May to August Monday to Saturday 8:00 – 19:00 | Sunday 9:00 – 17:00

September to April Monday to Saturday 8:00 – 20:00 | Sunday 9:00 – 17:00

We are open on public holidays, except for December 25th and January 1st. On December 24th and 31st, hours are 8:00 – 17:00.

Please note that hours may vary, we recommend confirming with us beforehand.

Payment Information

We welcome major credit cards, though unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, Diners Club, or American Express cards.

A 50% deposit is required for all treatments exceeding R300 in value.

For Hydro packages, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be presented at the time of your appointment; otherwise, the full treatment price will be charged.

Terms and Conditions

*To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone, please observe the following guidelines:

– Bring comfortable, open shoes and a bathing costume.

 – Female clients are asked to refrain from water treatments during menstruation for hygiene reasons.

– Please remove contact lenses before treatments and shower beforehand. We recommend leaving valuables and jewelry at home.

– Allow adequate digestion time before your treatment, and refrain from alcohol consumption.

– Inform your therapist if you are pregnant, have skin allergies, or any medical conditions, such as high blood pressure.

– Use of the sunbed is at your own risk, and The Wilderness Hydro assumes no liability for any resulting harm.

– Please silence cell phones upon entering the Hydro premises to maintain a serene atmosphere.

– We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

– Guests under the age of 16 may receive treatment only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 10 are not permitted on the Hydro premises.

 

The Wilderness Hydro reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any individual, in line with our commitment to provide a respectful, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
